As a key member of the Human Resource management team, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing effective people management and development policies, systems, and processes to attract, motivate, and retain talent. REQUIREMENTS:

• A degree, preferably with a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in generalist HR management roles within large organizations.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, along with a customer-focused approach.
• Sound knowledge of labor laws, industry relations practices, and HR best practices.
• Experience in healthcare or related industries is advantageous.

1. Processes staff payroll accurately and in a timely manner;
