Our client, a leading company in the Financial Services sector, is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant to manage both secretarial and administrative responsibilities.
The Role
The successful candidate will provide essential secretarial support to a team of managers. Key duties will include travel arrangement, handling visa applications, managing expense claims, overseeing calendar scheduling, managing email correspondence, and coordinating meeting room bookings. In addition, this role will support office administration, including ordering office supplies, organizing annual office events, and assisting with any ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Your Profile
To be considered for this role, candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and the ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail, excellent time management, flexibility, and the ability to multitask are essential traits for success in this role.
