Purpose of the Job

To assist the Director and Senior Management in implementing efficient and effective operations and administrative functions of the Family Service Centre. Clinical Leadership

Required qualifications and experience

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Graduate Diploma in Social Work preferably accredited with the Singapore Association of Social Workers (SASW).
• At least 10 years of work experience in social work with 5 years of supervisory and leadership experience at the clinical, administrative and managerial levels.
• Experience and successful track record in social service organisations, and developing and managing social service programmes and projects.

You play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to Quality Management and Nursing Administration Departments, responsible for training administration, information management, project, audit and meeting co-ordination and reward and recognition program. • Provide and oversight for the R&R Program.
• Plan and execute the monthly, quarterly, and annually the various awards in a timely manner and track the utilization of vouchers and keep accurate records.
• Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure the event is held seamlessly and resources are readily available for certificates, SPOT cards, Vouchers etc.
