• Maintain and monitor all patch releases, design patch installation strategies, and maintain all systems according to NIST standardization.
• Identify and rectify any complex OS issues, ensure high availability and resiliency of production systems
• Handle the recovery and restoration of servers, provide technical assistance in system diagnostics, documentation, and errors.
• Collaborate with COTS (External) Support Team for scheduled system upgrade, troubleshooting and rectification
• Provide after-hours support for scheduled maintenance, infrastructure-related emergencies as well as occasional weekend maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:

• To perform corrective maintenance works, with given documents, diagrams etc, of integrated systems consisting of electrical, mechanical and electronic subsystems
• To perform preventive maintenance works at customer’s premises located in outdoor areas
• To perform diagnostic and evaluation bench test on RF equipment using common engineering tools and measuring equipment.
• To perform installation works with available Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP)
• To perform technical writing for documents like service reports, work procedures and manuals where applicable.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechatronics or Electronics and Tele-Communication or Avionics
• Proficiency in operating RF / MV and electronics test and measuring equipment
• Proficient in the use of test measuring equipment like multi-meter, spectrum analyser, fibre optic tester etc
• Proficient in operating simple tools like drills, soldering iron etc
• Prior experienced in system maintenance works, operation of Satellite Communications Equipment/TCP / IP networking is an additional advantage
• Preferably to possess Class 3 (Manual) driving licence

Job Description

1.Multimedia Production

• Produce multimedia content for school.
• Provide videography/photography/animation support for coverage of school events and functions and provide editing.
• Work closely with ICT Support Team (i.e. ICT Associate, Desktop Engineers) on multimedia requirements and support required by staff.

2. Multimedia Administration (Support Teaching and Learning)

• Maintain and update school website.
• Provide multimedia support (e.g. photography, video production) to facilitate the delivery of lessons and events.
• Support administration tasks for teaching and learning (e.g. Burning of DVDs/CDs, printing of media resources etc.)
• Provide technical advice in terms of multimedia hardware and software that the school can purchase to support the teaching and learning in curricular and co-curricular areas.

3. Other Support/Duties

• Assist ICT Associate in managing requests from staff.
• Archive, manage and organize the school’s media collection.
• Other duties pertaining to the area of multimedia production and administrative work when assigned.

Job Requirement

Qualifications:

· Minimum requirement of a relevant ITE/Higher NITEC, or equivalent certification on Multimedia knowledge

Experience:

· At least 2 years of experience working as a Multimedia Specialist, preferably in a school context.

· Preferably have experience managing photo-taking or video-taking projects.

Technical Expertise:

· Experience in providing Multimedia Support (e.g. Photography and photo editing, Videography).

Have knowledge to maintain and update website.
