As part of the HR Team, you will be working with the HR Manager and stakeholders in managing and overseeing the Group's HR policies and practices. It will be a position that provides wide exposures and a rewarding career.

• Assist the HR Manager to oversee HR Department & manage the full spectrum of HR functions
• Assist in payroll related matters
• Manage and updating of employee’s records
• Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance
• Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding
• Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters
• Manage E-leave & E-attendance
• Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
• Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
• Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team from time to time

Work Arrangement

• Days: Monday - Friday
• Time (Regular day): 12pm - 7pm
• Time (MOE holidays): 7am - 7pm (shifts available)
• Location: Bukit Timah Plaza / Thomson Plaza
• Commitment: minimum 3 days a week, minimum of 6 months (Jan 2025 to June 2025)
• Hourly Rate: $12 - $15 / hr

Job Description

• Supervise students with their daily routines, including meal time, homework supervision, academic learning and recreational activities
• Provide care, guidance and support to primary school children outside of their school hours
• Assist the main teacher with classroom management
• Assist in organising and delivery of holistic programmes (both indoor and outdoor)
• Create a safe, nurturing and positive learning environment for students
• Accompany children home on the school bus after school
• Other adhoc duties as required

Job Requirements

• Min. Diploma in any discipline
• Able to coach primary school subjects adequately
• Strong communication skills
• Genuine interest towards guiding and nurturing children
• Undergraduates are welcome to apply
• Prior experience in student care and/or enrichment setting would be an advantage

Child Care Assistant (1 Position)

• Salary: 4000-7000 SGD
• Job Responsibilities:
  Accompany and transport 2 students to school, training classes, or other daily outings.
  Handle the students' daily life-related matters.
  Working hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00-8:30 PM; weekends 9:00 AM-6:00 PM. One day off from Monday to Friday.
• Requirements:
  Cheerful, patient, and experienced in taking care of children.
  Experience in teaching preferred; recent graduates are also preferred.

· Lead day-to-day operations

· Develop budgets and financial plans to achieve profitability goals

· Holds overall responsibility for the operations department including the administration functions of the department to ensure the operations activities run smoothly and efficiently

· Responsible for the management and development of the operations team, including performance management, training compensation and resourcing matters

· Collaborate with marketing teams to promote company’s services and products

· Translates company's strategic plans into operational plans

· Defines KPI to monitor operational success

· Key interface with clients for the operations team and ensures clients requirements are met in a timely manner

· Develops and manages budget planning to minimise operations expenditure

· Stays up to date to technological changes within the industry

· Develops leadership training programs to increase operational effectiveness

· Develops operations planning and projects schedules for the operations team daily routing to ensure quality service delivery of clients projects

· Works closely with other departments

· Ensure team members to have clear defined roles, responsibilities, goals and objectives that will deliver measurable results to the company

· Assists top management in setting goals
