RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technical Related

• Performing systems’ designing, installation, integration, testing (e.g.: acceptance tests), configuration, integration, and commissioning [for communication systems including but not limited to Network Monitoring System (NMS)]
• Conducting site surveys for project implementation matters
• Identifying contractual system requirements, and conducting technical reviews (to establish design baselines)

Project Related

• Liaising closely with various technical teams, project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and customers for project implementation matters (e.g.: project schedules/ tracking, test plans, procedures, progress, status, etc.)
• Generating project related documentations (e.g.: quotations, Bill-of-Materials, Statement of Work (SOW), progress reports, test documentations, site as-built documents, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experienced (2 – 3 Years minimum) in Networking (i.e.: IP, Optical, etc.), Servers, Operating Systems and Web Technologies (e.g.: virtualization, databases, and security systems) and comfortable to take on project management duties (as mentioned under Responsibilities)
• Have relevant certification such as CCNA, CCNP, CCDA, CCDP, IP MPLS, Optical Network, etc.
• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills

Job Description

• To process new and renewal licence applications within the mandated service turnaround KPIs
• To ensure that only applicants, who fulfil the relevant criteria, are considered for licences
• To approve employees of applicants, who fulfil the relevant criteria
• To liaise and work with other stakeholders and regulatory bodies
• To possess sound knowledge of SOPs, legislation and guidelines relevant to the respective licensing regimes
• To keep updated of any changes to SOPs, legislation and guidelines to ensure that no licence applications are wrongly approved or rejected.
• To manage customers’ queries and feedback.
• To scrutinise the results of the various screening records in deciding on the recommendations on whether to approve or reject the licence applications.
• To analyse the applications and documents submitted to make recommendations to the relevant supervisor to approve or reject the licence applications
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum “O” Level certificate in Singapore;
• Be physically and mentally fit;
• Possess at least two (2) years of working experience in administrative work
• Basic IT skills, including experience with operating, software applications and email management;
• Good attitude with learning disposition
