Our client is an Automotive Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager (Finance Transformation) to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a finance transformation strategy aligned with business goals.
• Implement initiatives to streamline financial processes, improve accuracy, and reduce operational timelines.
• Utilize advanced financial technologies to enhance processes and reporting.
• Lead the organizational change efforts for finance transformation, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Work with other departments to integrate finance transformation initiatives seamlessly into the broader business strategy.
• Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and identify areas for financial improvement.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrices to measure the success and impact of finance transformation initiatives.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Min 5 years’ relevant working experience
