Qualifications and Profile • Experience as front office post trade business analyst or as a Calypso business analyst. • Experience on Front Office or Back Office systems (In-house or third party systems) • Understanding of financial assets and trade lifecycle particularly Fixed income and money market products in their many forms, knowledge of risk management concepts and market data. • Experience in interfacing Front Office or Back Office systems with external systems. • Hands-on experience in implementation projects. • AGILE track record. The candidate should have analytical and problem solving skills, a pro-active mind-set, and proven ability to work individually under pressure. Team player with good interpersonal skills. Very good communication skills and keen to work with business users.

Strong working experience in Banking Capital Markets with Calypso applications

Experience Required

• 3-5 years of related experience
• Experience and deep knowledge in Sales Excellence, Business Planning, Sales Operations, and/or Finance
• Executive exposure and cross-functional stakeholder management
• Focus on providing process optimization by understanding the desired business outcome
• Deliver end-to-end deep data analysis and actionable strategic insights
• History of driving rigour and sales discipline
• Innovate to deliver standards which enable speed, efficiency and scale in the business
• Proven communication and collaboration skills
• Should have excellent experience in MS Excel (vLookup, Pivot Tables)

Experience Preferred

• Familiar with financials, pipeline, scorecarding, and other internal measurement tools
• Functional (Partner, Services, Sales, Marketing) knowledge
• Experience in Power Apps and Power BI

Education

• Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) required and/or experience in relevant fields, e.g., business, marketing, information technology, operations, and finance.
