Job Responsibilities:

· Process financial assistance subsidy applications and recommend the appropriate subsidy and duration of assistance.

· Be familiarised with system interfaces to process the applications.

· Ensure that applications received are completed

· Liaise with stakeholders if more information is required.

· Other additional duties as required by the management.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood / Psychology / Social Work / Social Sciences / Community Development.

· Experience in processing financial assistance schemes will have an advantage for this position.

· Early Childhood background will be preferred.

• Support project management to Building Improvement Work buildings.

The role of Business Development Lead (FSI) plays an integral role in the business strategy for PALO IT Singapore. The Financial Services sector holds a significant position in our overall operations, making it imperative for someone to provide comprehensive oversight and take charge of its sustained expansion and progression. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Market Analysis:

• Stay informed about industry trends, risk, competitive landscape, opportunities, and emerging technologies.
• Identify market gaps and potential growth areas.
• Use data-driven insights to refine sales approaches.

Sales Operations:

• Own and deliver on the overall FSI go to market strategy.
• Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting.
• Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes and compliance standards.

Client Relationship Management:

• Cultivate strong relationships with key clients in the financial industry.
• Understand client needs, identify opportunities, and propose tailored solutions.

Strategic Partnerships:
