Role Overview:

You will be responsible for optimizing system performance, streamlining workflows, and ensuring seamless integration across SAP and external platforms. Core Responsibilities:

Lead the design and execution of highly complex SAP and ASAP-based solutions, aligning with strategic business goals and long-term IT architecture.

Architect enterprise-level SAP systems, ensuring scalability, high availability, and high performance across a variety of business operations.

Drive ASAP implementation strategies at the highest level, ensuring methodologies are followed meticulously, while pushing the boundaries of system optimization.

Spearhead SAP upgrades, migrations, and system enhancements in S/4HANA, Fiori, and other next-gen SAP technologies.

Work directly with executive leadership to define and refine SAP/ASAP strategies, ensuring that technological solutions integrate seamlessly with business operations.

Provide thought leadership in overcoming critical technical roadblocks and contribute to the broader SAP ecosystem with innovative solutions

Oversee multi-phased SAP lifecycle management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with flawless execution.

Mentor and lead teams of junior and mid-level SAP developers, providing guidance on complex coding challenges and architecture design.

Qualifications:

Extensive Experience (10+ years) in SAP development and ASAP methodology, with a proven track record of architecting large-scale implementations across global organizations.

Strong expertise in SAP CRM WEB UI architecture, OOABAP, and middleware.

Advanced proficiency in optimizing SAP landscapes for high-volume, mission-critical operations.

Certifications in SAP technologies and ASAP methodologies are a must; additional relevant qualifications will be considered highly advantageous.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, particularly in senior executive interactions.

Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, driving results through ingenuity, technical excellence, and strategic thinking.

Business Development Executive (F&B Industry)

Working days: 5.5 days work week

Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Salary: $3000 to $4000 + Car Allowance $1200

Location: Woodlands

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing new prospects and maintaining existing accounts in the Food Service/ HORECA channels.
• Identify leads and develop strong business relationship with customers
• Maintaining of good rapport with existing customers
• Responsible for driving growth and achievement of monthly sales target
• Managing customer’s account receivables to ensure timely and prompt payment
• Monitor current trends in the industry with competitors and market activities

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
• Min. 1-3 years of relevant Business Development / Sales experience in F&B industry (Preferred in Food Service Channels)
• Driving license with own Transport is a must to perform customer visits
