• Evangelize and educate the market on Workdays technology and applications
• Generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling and prospecting into large, enterprise companies
• Establish, build and champion relationships with senior executives through developing an understanding of their business, the challenges they face, future projects and plans in order to address their needs with Workday
• Achieve monthly and quarterly quota of new business opportunities
• Be a trusted member of the regional sales team, collaborate with country managers and work cross-functionally with marketing to define joint strategy for developing the business

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to gather, understand, and translate data requirements for implementation in broader data initiatives.
• Implement scalable data processes that can be reused across similar known use cases and adapt to evolving business stakeholder demands.
• Work with internal engineering teams and external data vendors to resolve any technical data-related issues.
• Provide timely and effective support to end users, address any relevant data queries or issues encountered.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data management activities (e.g, operating models, processes, implementation designs and user-acceptance test results).
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of data initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data management.

Skillset (Must have):

• Proven experience in data management (e.g, Metadata, Data Quality, Data Discovery etc.) and support for enterprise-level data products.
• Good understanding of financial data and data management best practices.
• Demonstrate understanding of the complex data security and technical challenges faced by large, reputable organizations.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL, including data storage and management in relational databases such as Snowflake, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle etc.
• Familiarity with leading data management trends and practices in the financial industry, including approaches to data quality and business-technology issues related to data.
• Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving and documentation skills.
