• Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant HR, customer service and/or administrative experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of HR & payroll processes; experience withsupplier or contractor management is a bonus.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional local languagesare a bonus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
• A proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented team player who thrives ina collaborative environment.

Working Hours

• 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM).
• Initially, your presence at our vibrant office is crucial. Given the nature of the role, constant coordination with our operational maestros is essential. But fret not!
