Main Purpose of Job

To manage the overall process of inducting new Partners and their support staff in relation to the SJP systems and processes. You will support the Partnership to ensure that they are able to process new business efficiently and will identify any improvements that can be made to the process. • Be a strategic partner and an influencer to our SEAO CEO and all Maisons. Drive the HR transformation by raising the bar high and upgrade the organization capability to support both current business strategy and future growth.
• Hire, develop, and lead a fully functional ONE HR team in SEAO.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

What skills do you need to succeed:

• At least 12 years of working experience in HR, with significant leadership track record in big MNCs - ideally in an international, fast-paced environment (e.g. consumer goods, technology, retail or creative industries with a matrix organization).
• Proven leadership capabilities and create a cohesive team environment in a multi-market sub-region, also in virtual, remote settings.
• An eye for talent and the capability to build and develop talent pipeline.
• Experiences in managing and leading change and in creating and maintaining an agile, digital and modern work environment.
• Knowledge of local labor law and your network of local key stakeholders (government, universities, consultants, etc.)
• Outstanding communication, negotiating and influencing skills.
• Strong business acumen - understanding of the (internal and external) clients and the organization as business manager with a focus to effectively advise on all people aspects.
• Ability to balance between the design & implementation of strategic initiatives, whilst staying hands on with the day-to-day work required to keep the business running smoothly.
