Main Purpose of Job:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Continuity and Operational Improvement Executive to support our company's business continuity planning and operational efficiency initiatives. The Business Continuity and Operational Improvement Executive will work closely with the Head of Operations to lead and manage the development and implementation of the company’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP), alongside operational improvement projects. This will involve working closely with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation to identify and assess risks, develop strategies for mitigating those risks, and ensure the organisation is prepared to respond to and recover from disruptive events.

Key Responsibilities of the Job:

Operational Improvement:

• Assist with operational improvement projects and contribute to planning, execution, and progress tracking to ensure successful outcomes.
• Organise project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
• Support communication with stakeholders and team members to facilitate project progress and ensure alignment with improvement goals.

We are starting the decommissioning of our Kondor Plus trading platform for our Treasury business to transfer this activity to our main front office target platform (Orchestrade or OT). Orchestrade is already implemented for a large list of assets and business lines.

The DeKOT project (decommissioning of Kondor+ to migrate into Orchestrade) will migrate our worldwide cross asset treasury platform (all products) booked in several instances of Kondor Plus. - Assist school staff with binding and lamination works

- Maintain the school’s stores for office supplies and stationeries

Job Requirement

• NITEC (Office Skills) or minimum 5 GCE ‘O’ Level including pass in English Language. Officer without the required ‘O’ level passes but with relevant experience could also be considered.

• IT literate and proficient in the use of common office utility software (e.g. Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Resourceful and able to harness information from various information sources (e.g. World Wide Web).

• Pleasant and service-oriented with at least 2 years’ experience as an Administrative Support Officer and have done work similar or equivalent to the job scopes mentioned above.

• Preferably have experience working in schools and deal with young children.

• Good interpersonal skills and able to relate to people

• Able to work independently and as a team player ability to use certain IT systems like SC mobile.
