Responsibilities:

Recruitment (Primary Job Responsibility)

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for both retail and office roles.

Compliance (As Needed)

• Handle employee grievances within retail outlets.
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and enforce company policies accordingly.

Miscellaneous (Ad-Hoc Duties)

• Compile and present HR metrics to management and headquarters.
• Oversee employment contract administration.
• Administer employee insurance matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min 3 years HR Generalist experience in any industry
• Experience handling compliance related matters (employee grievances, implementing MOM guidelines/regulations)
• PC literate in MS Office with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoints

• Take charge of MindFlex's B2B arm and work with tuition centres, government agencies & educational institutes.

• Manage confirmation contracts & invoices for clients

Internal Processes:

• Work with customised back-end software, specially designed to fulfill the company's business needs & improve efficiency
• Maintain cohesive inter-department and intra-department relations, ensure good customer handover between colleagues
• Take charge of designating clients to various teams (traffic control), depending on each team's existing workload
• Maintain an organised record of clients for different departments to contact and follow-up with in future

Business Development:

• Analyse company's past data and trends, to forecast peak periods and develop relevant plans

Qualifications

What you should have:
