Scope of Work

1. Inventory Management: Keeping track of all products and materials in the warehouse. This involves accurate record-keeping, using inventory management software, and ensuring physical inventory matches the records.

2. Receiving and Dispatching: Overseeing the receiving of new shipments and ensuring they match the accompanying documentation. Also, coordinating the dispatch of products to customers or other locations.

3. Order Fulfilment: Managing the picking and packing process to fulfil customer orders accurately and efficiently. This may involve working closely with the sales or customer service team to prioritize orders.

Quality Control: Checking the quality of incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet the required standards. Reporting any damaged or defective items and working with suppliers or sales team

4. Space Management: Work with storeman and Optimizing the use of warehouse space to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of items. This includes organizing stock, implementing shelving systems, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

5. Communication: Collaborating with sales team and sales manager / HOD to ensure smooth operations. Providing regular updates on inventory levels and addressing any issues that may arise with finance team .

Issuance of Quotations/Invoices to clients.

Calculate customer/supplier account balances and ensure accuracy.

Collect the needed business records used for banking processes.

Do month-end closing activities.

Enter accurate data into the accounting system on time.

Enter payroll transactions.

Get reports from the accounting system for use.

Keep accurate financial records and statements.

Record and process all business transactions.

Record transactions and events about inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure and finance costs.

Record transactions and events about sales, purchases, receivables, payables and cash.

Use the appropriate information technology (IT) systems and tools for data analysis

Job responsibilities:

Maintain full sets of accounts

Issue invoice, process payment and prepare journal entries.

Prepare quarterly GST returns.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Accounting or relevant discipline

At least 5 years’ of accounting experience in construction industry

Able to work well under pressure with minimum supervision

Meticulous with eye for details and numbers

Responsible, committed and work well in a team

Strong IT literacy and experience using NAVISION and any other accounting softwares

Job Description:

• Responsible for full set of accounts of the schools/entities assigned, including the preparation of monthly management accounts with variance analysis
• Responsible for all audit and tax filing matters
• Responsible for intercompany billing, preparing month end schedules and filing of GST returns
• Monitor and follow up on all outstanding receivables
• Prepare regular cash flow forecast

Job Description

Reporting to the Finance Operations Team Lead, this role will be responsible for supporting the Finance team on administrative tasks to support finance deliverables and day to day operations. In this critical role of a dynamic growing business, it is an opportunity to gain exposure to finance operations in construction industry and gain experience in Accounts Payable.

Below is a non-exhaustive list of deliveries expected from the candidate. However, it covers the foundation responsibilities and capabilities that are required for the candidate to be successful in role.

• Day-to-day operational tasks including account payables, accounts receivable's and bank reconciliation functions.

Responsible for managing the whole spectrum of the branding and marketing functions as well to work in close liaison with the CEO to develop branding and marketing strategies that support the Board’s overall strategic aims and objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist in new store opening / closure of restaurant and liaise with contractor and vendors
· To handle all lease negotiations, renewals and administration
· Planning and coordinating the monthly promotion for each brand
· Working closely with the team to create designs of restaurant, menus and promotions
· Working closely with the R & D team on new product development ideas
· Working closely with operation team and outlet for promotion
· Reviews periodically, monthly, yearly sales/product mix, expenditure and profitability and develop effective solutions or recommendations to management.
· Understand market and customer and constantly monitor the effectiveness of the company as well as the competitors’ promotional activities and to recommend appropriate remedial actions for improvements.
· Reviews of the marketing plan of the company vis-à-vis the market/consumer/competitor/product, in line with any changes and development taking place and recommend to the Management appropriate changes to improve products and sales.
· Liaise and follow up with the contractor & landlord about the renovation work to ensure complete within the timeline. Quotation, invoice, work schedule, site inspection, shop opening equipment

REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma with specialization in Branding and Marketing with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
Proficient with MS Office, Power Point
Ability to work independently and coordinate well across all the levels
Being able to be proactive and self-motivated.
Need to travel within different outlets frequently
Good communication skill, interpersonal skills and strong in both verbal and written communication

2. Attending to Club members/guests’ enquiries on various Club information with reference to Club's Website – walk in/phone/email.
3. Membership administration supports various membership application processes, Sports, Finance, F&B, Property on carpark issue/ changing locker and Marcom on sales of souvenir and stock replenishment request.
4. On rotating workdays for afternoon shift duty: 4pm to 12pm (Mon to Thu), 6pm to 2am (Fri & Sat and Eve of PH)
