RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all day-to-day operations of the company's owned e-commerce system, including responding to customer queries, relevant documentation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders and partners for order fulfilment.
• Support the e-commerce strategy, including web development to enhance to e-commerce site, content management, pricing management, sales materials and ensure best practice is maintained across the website.
• Managing and working with wider teams, partners and vendors.
• Collaborate with marketing team to create a comms strategy to increase sales by driving awareness of the platform and drive conversion.
• Plan, implement and track sales to optimize results and meet commercial goals and KPIs.
• Other adhoc tasks as assigned from time to time by your Reporting Officer.

• 2 - 3 years of working experience in E-Commerce Channel Management.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Commerce (Magento).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Meticulous with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, ROI driven.
• Strong project management abilities, including the coordination of multiple tasks and stakeholders and the ability to manage deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide efficient service to customers through polite and helpful handling of enquiries.
• Participate in the department's process of developing new and existing sales opportunities to meet growth targets.
• Quote for and accept new business, confirm endorsements, offer renewals and effect cancellations, in accordance with the Company's Risk Management and Reinsurance guidelines
• Ensure that all pertinent information is available for the production of policy documentation; such as new business, endorsements, renewals, etc.
• Liaise with Reinsurance staff as required, to ensure reinsurance protection of the Company's risks.
• Follow up on outstanding cover notes, expiries, declarations and other matters as required.
• Involve in the supervision and appraisal of the work of clerical staff
• Undertake credit control ensuring the standard for debtor days are strictly adhered to
• Co-ordinate work processes within the department for maximum efficiency and effectiveness
• Participate in despatch and filing duties
• Undertake any other duties as may be assigned

• GCE ‘O' level preferably with professional insurance qualification
• Minimum Certificate in General Insurance

• Operational experience in general insurance environment
