Job Scope:
• Assist dealers/clients for documentation and coordination
• Educate dealers with workflow for product submissions to ensure seamless disbursement
• Monitor approval statuses and handle negotiation requests and feedback
• Manage documents data and reports accurately
• Keep records and documents up to date
• Process on loan application (Hire Purchase Finance and Leasing Association of Singapore(HPFLAS))
• Able react immediately for urgent change in arrangement
• Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• At least 1-year experience in the client servicing and processing role in the automotive industry
• Candidates with no experience also welcomed to apply, will be considered for Administrative Executive role instead
• Experience in Hire Purchase Finance and Leasing Association of Singapore (HPFLAS) or LTA Portal

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:

• Handle daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
• Organize and maintain files, records, and documents (both digital and physical).

• Provide support in document preparation for internal and external communications.

2. Operational Support:

4. Project Management Assistance:

• Liase with vendors and MA SCM for parts ordering and fulfilment.

• Enhancement of spare parts from quotation to ordering and shipment in terms of price, response and lead time.

• Filing and documentation of all spare parts sales related in terms of ISO management.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain Management or equivalent

About the role
We are seeking a Temporary Executive (Communications) to join the National Institute of Early Childhood Development (NIEC) in the West Region on a 6-month contract. The individual will be supporting the team mainly in the areas of content creation, collaterals and branding.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the development and editing of communication materials including posters, brochures, social media graphics and EDMs
• Handle copywriting, designing and production of print and digital collaterals
• Help manage and coordinate communication projects and outreach events including logistics arrangements, preparation of event materials, liaising work and participation on-site and virtual
• Help track, analyse and compile reports on the performance of media coverage, communication campaigns and initiatives using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and email campaign metrics
