Oversee and manage daily operational activities related to Operations.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, sales, and procurement to optimize the smooth flow of Operations.

Provide customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, feedbacks, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Analyse customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing the flow of operations processes.

Implement strategies to streamline operational processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs without compromising quality.

Stay up to date with industry trends, market demands, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners.

Conduct regular performance analysis and generate reports to evaluate operational metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement actionable solutions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in operations management.

Strong background in customer service.

Familiarity with inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes.

Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and utilizing key metrics to drive operational decision-making.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and external partners.

Traditional On-Premises Sales for Bistro bar, Country Club, Hotel & Restaurant

Requirements

• Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, Mass communications or equivalent.
• 2-3 years working experience in Sales
• A good team player and able to work independently

Responsibilities:

· To supervise and manage all project works from commencement to completion.

· Ensure all projects to complete on time, with good project scheduling and planning skills.

· Ensure project cost is kept within budget.

· Familiar with trades required for interior fit-out works and to coordinate with sub-contractors for all construction and installation works.

· Attend required meetings such as project implementation, safety and progress meetings.

• Prepare Progress Reports to Client for regular project reporting.
• Good communication skills.
• Familiar with prevailing local safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

· ITE or Diploma in Construction Management/Interior Design/Architecture

· Minimum 3 years experience in interior fit-out projects site management.

• Processes good technical and site knowledge for interior fit-out works.
• Class 3 Driving License an advantage.

· Building Construction Safety Supervisor Certificate approved by BCA.

· Certificate for BizSafe Level 2 Course (minimum)

• Able to converse well in English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Pre-requisites/ summary:-

• Address sales inquiries and existing orders by communicating with clients to understand their needs.
• Provide comprehensive sales coordination and support throughout the entire sales process, from initiation to delivery.
• Execute and monitor sales orders or project progress to ensure adherence to specifications and timely delivery.
• Uphold excellent customer service standards, serving as the first point of contact for customer satisfaction.
• Handle complaints, offer timely solutions and alternatives, and follow up closely to ensure resolution.
• Generate quotations and estimates aligning with clients' budgets.
• Provide necessary documentation and paperwork support to facilitate the sales delivery process.

Graphic Design:

• Create accurate visuals and layouts for client approval.
• Resize design elements to meet clients' size and cropping requirements.
• Propose and recommend relevant design ideas, concepts, and materials to align with clients' preferences and requirements.

Job Descriptions:

• Acts as contact person in co-ordinating intercompany (Interco) activities where services for local customers are performed at an international Eurofins laboratory.
• Represents the site in Interco sales, marketing and business development with creation and development of local Interco sales strategy, roadmap and milestone.
• Responds to Interco queries and captures opportunities to promote/sell local testing capabilities for both Environmental microbiology and chemistry.
• Provides weekly Interco sales activity reports to management.
• Be part of a team in creating an Interco sales forecast plan for a testing category by lab and / or by account.
• Provide input on Interco sales strategic initiatives that the business should pursue, both short and long term, including gap and opportunity analysis.
• Uses Eurofins Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage internal communication and document territory and client information as required for the business unit with creation of proper dashboards for presentation of the sales activities and effectiveness to management.
• Enter all opportunities, leads, and key activities into CRM system while following all CRM requirements.
• Diligently follow up with potential clients on opportunities created and document opportunity progression in CRM system to ensure timely updates on project files.
• Establishes, nurtures and grows client relationships through the diligent analysis of the database in CRM system at the appropriate levels.
• Define, take part in and work on the projects in the Permanent Improvement Programmes (PIP) scope.
• Define and support alignment and standardisation of key concepts and processes at Eurofins.
• Define and develop standard laboratories and processes for specific applications.
• Develop methodologies and standards in performance and cost management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, environmental science and engineering, microbiology, chemistry, or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience.
• Excellent academic track record.
• Excellent English oral and written is a must. Mandarin and/or multi-lingual are a plus.
• Personal skills: Strong problem-solver with “can-do” attitude, able to both pragmatically define solutions and capture and understand all relevant details when necessary.
• Self-starter, independent, energetic, and self-sufficient.
• Ability to learn fast and be flexible and pragmatic.
• Moderate industry and customer management knowledge.
• Technical knowledge IT: MS Office products, Data analysis, SQL competences are a plus.

· Provide effective and efficient human resource services to support business growth and operations for all JR Group of companies.

· Appreciate business and operations requirements and challenges and to plan, organize and implement human resource initiatives to support business growth and operations.

· Work closely with line and functional heads to support them in manpower planning (including annual manpower budgeting), acquisition, deployment and monitoring of manpower level.

· Prepare and update job specifications, review and shortlist job applicants for line and functional heads to interview, follow-up with successful job candidates on job offer.

· Responsible for the Onboarding process for which includes, processing job application, ensuring that all the necessary documentation is obtained from the employee, to process the work pass application (if applicable), offer of employment, etc.

· Prepare and refresh orientation materials and conduct orientation for new employees.

· Work closely with line and functional heads to plan, initiate and organize training programs and development activities to make the employees more effective and competent.

· Responsible for shortlisting of suitable training courses for employees, liaise with the training providers and respective departments on training matters.

· To initiate, manage and coordinate all student internship matters with the various institutions (e.g. ITE, polytechnics, universities).

· To process and follow-up with the application for government grants and subsidies (where applicable).

· Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities including ad-hoc projects assigned.
