Contract duration: Immediate till 31 Dec 2024
Working arrangement: Mon - Thu (830am - 6pm) Fri (830am - 530pm)
Salary: up to $3000 depending on experiences
Responsibilities
- Attend to inbound call/email enquiries and provision of advise to members of public.
- Deliver positive service experience, address queries effectively and accurately.
- Prompt escalation of requests for resolution where appropriate.
- Compile, record, input information accurately into relevant systems.
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Prior experience with customer service / call centre will be preferred but not mandatory
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
- Good verbal and written communication skills
