Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, students, and visitors, providing excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and through email.

- Respond promptly to inquiries, providing accurate information about program offerings, schedules, fees, and registration procedures.

- Assist parents with the enrollment process, including completing registration forms, collecting fees, and ensuring all necessary documents are submitted.

- Handle customer feedback, concerns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, striving to resolve issues promptly and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

- Maintain accurate and updated records of student information, attendance, and payment records.

- Coordinate with other departments, including coaching staff, administration, and facilities management, to ensure smooth operations and address customer needs effectively.

- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and assisting with event coordination and training operations.

Requirements:

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in an educational or sports-related environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with parents, students, and staff members.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously.

- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Google Applicactions and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and diplomacy.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Manage meeting room schedule
• Manage organization's certifications (Apply/Renew)
• Able to assist with IT support
• Manage road tax & vehicle insurance renewal/ VPC
• Manage organisation's insurance
• Handle day to day procurement operations
• Hold primary responsibility for procuring categories such as consumables, equipment, and services
• Actively assess cost-saving initiatives
• Ensure proper maintenance of documentation update and filing for Purchasing Department
• Ensure full coordination among inter-departments, suppliers, vendors and contactors on matters related to purchasing and supplies

Requirements:

• Experience in full spectrum of Admin Duties
• Must be strong in administrative support/ computer skills

Job Scope

1. To ensure that all aspects of the centre run smoothly and efficiently, including patient care and centre maintenance.
2. Works closely with the clinical team to ensure that patients receive high-quality care and that all regulatory requirements are met.
3. Will help to handle inventory management and vendor relationships to ensure the centre operates within financial targets.
4. Responsible for implementing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.

Main responsibilities

1. Overall, in charge and responsible for stocks and consumables management.

10. Responsible to arrange and attend regular and ad hoc meeting related to operation matters
11. Collaborates between departments such as IT, procurement, facility to resolve issues, or develop new programs/projects or as needed.
12. Participates in initiatives or projects that support process improvements, leveraging new system capabilities or the integration of data/other applications into existing systems.
13. Works with the Nurse Manager in handling budgeting.

Job Summary:

Achieve fundraising targets and build/maintain strategic partnerships that support TOUCH's mission in serving the community.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conceptualize, execute and manage fund-raising projects to meet department’s budget
• Develop and prepare fund-raising proposals for corporate and school partnerships
• Solicit sponsorships and manage fund-raising events with various stakeholders
• Cultivate and manage relationship with existing and potential sponsors
• Explore current and diverse fundraising channels & initiatives to build & manage pipelines for current/future donors
• Undertake research on prospective corporate, trust and public donors
• Help develop new fundraising products and events and market them
• Cold call potential donors and build relationships with them
• Ensure stewardship of donations / funding

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in MS Office especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Campaigns management is an advantage
