• Able to work under stress and deadline
• Good command of Mandarin and English
• Candidates MUST BE fluent in Mandarin as the role requires the candidate to work with products that are marketed in Mandarin.

• To manage the day-to-day operations of the Warehouse operations and activities
• Timely replenishment / procurement of materials necessary for warehouse operation to meet the most appropriate stock level
• Updating of any stock in / stock out on time for accuracy of records & identify of dead stock or slow- moving items and products
• To lead and manage inventory accuracy by scheduling / conducting monthly physical counts and reconcile variances
• To ensure of timely supply of items / products to the Production department
• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure sufficient stock level in warehouse to meet sales demands
• Monitoring of all the incoming shipments, issues, problems and or delay
• Maintain good warehouse housekeeping and ensure WHS safety standards are met.
• To ensure proper maintenance for in-house equipment & tools
• Maintain effective security measure to safe guard company’s stocks
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management
