Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven personnel to lead and execute our marketing strategies in the IT industry. This role involves managing cold calling prospective clients and focusing on event management to drive brand awareness and business growth. The ideal candidate will have Business Development acumen to build qualified leads for the Sales Team to convert to quality pipelines. The candidate also needs to be able to manage vendor to rollout Digital Marketing campaigns that are aligned with corporate directions Strong communication skills, and proactive approach to engaging new opportunities is a necessity.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Cold Calling:

• Identify and research potential clients to expand the customer base.
• Conduct cold calls to introduce the company’s offerings and schedule follow-up meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and client feedback.

Event Management:

• Plan, organize, and execute events such as product launches, event, webinars, and other activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
• Monitor event performance and gather attendee feedback for continuous improvement.

Digital Marketing :

Manage agencies to rollout Digital campaigns that are developed by Corporate via online channels, including website, email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media (Youtube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), and paid advertising.

• Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics to assess ROI and identify improvement areas.

Vendor and Partner Management:

• Able to work together with the Marketing team of Strategic Partner such as SAP to build a GTM marketing plan to grow pipelines
• Optimize utilization of MDF/BDF from Strategic Partner
• Able to manage Agencies to execute successful Digital campaigns by giving clear objectives and guidance.

Market Research:

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools within the IT sector.
• Use insights to inform and enhance marketing strategies.

Relevant Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or other related field.
• At least 3 years’ of related experience
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and market research to build pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Exceptional project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
• Able to travel to other entities occasionally for meeting.

About The Role:

Prepare & help provide quotations to customers

• Communicate with customer on the requirements, understand their procurement process to ensure smooth sales process
• Key into sales portal the opportunity
• Chase the pricing from vendors/suppliers
• Prepare the costing sheet & actual quotation before sending out to customer

Support the sales team during bid process

• Download or gather the tender document from portal
• Prepare submission template
• Gather information to be included into the tender submission
• Chase the pricing from vendors/suppliers
• Assist in tender submission into the portal / tender box

Assist & help resolves customer queries

• Communicate with customer on requirements
• Coordinate technology sharing session with customer in order to generate new sales lead
• Good organization skills & the ability to multitask is a plus point

Staying informed about cybersecurity product and services

• Require to attend product sharing & technology update
• Able to explain & demonstrate features of technology products and services
• Able to answer customers' queries and send additional information via email
• Able to upsell products and services

Requirements:

• Previous experience in related tech/IT industry preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good organization skills and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office eg. Excel to develop the cost/price
• Proficiency in CRM software such as salesforce.com

· Responsible for the full spectrum of online marketing sales and campaigns.

· Responsible for e-commerce projects in the pipeline and to work with individuals and teams to ensure that they are delivered on time.

· To drive the sales process consistently to meet or exceed targets.

· Plan, develop and implement strategies within company’s budget to attract and retain online customers. This could range from implementing and optimizing digital ads strategies or improving the user experience of our website and develop new content to improve conversion rates.

· Chiefly responsible for managing the website content: e.g. banners, promotions, product designs and more.

· To implement marketing initiatives through Company website, Facebook, EDM and SMS channels.

· Collaborate with Marketing team to conceptualize and develop brand-wide marketing initiatives.

· Tracking and analysis of customers data to identify the market trends and opportunities.

· Compiling and creating reports for all online marketing campaign status and progress.

REQUIREMENTS

· Positive and vibrant personality, with a go-getter attitude to e-commerce sales

· Degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communication or a related discipline

· 3 years working experience in related position, preferably in fashion and luxury industry

· Experience in E-commerce and digital project management

· Innovative and demonstrate an ability to test prototypes and experiments.

· Good communications and interpersonal skills
