Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for Singapore and neighboring APAC markets to drive growth and achieve targets.
• Collect, analyze, and report market information, focusing on opportunities in energy, chemical, life sciences, industrial, and urban infrastructure sectors in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.
• Lead the development and adjustment of sales strategies to meet financial targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and compile winning proposals
• Explore new business opportunities, including new clients and domains, while building and maintaining strong relationships
• Lead negotiations with customers, handling commercial and contract matters alongside project teams
• Manage multi-stakeholder projects, ensuring effective communication and business knowledge application

Requirements :

• At least 7 of experience in Oil & Gas and/or life science and infrastructure-related industries as sales
• In-depth practical knowledge and understanding of contractual practices and contracts in EPC projects
• Technical and/or engineering knowledge in energy, chemical, life sciences, industrial, and urban infrastructure is preferable
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to think "outside the box" to solve problems
