Position Purpose

• Provide guidance and day-to-day training to staff within assigned area

• Carry out day-to-day operations in managing floor control to maintain & improve quality, service cleanliness & ambience

• Manage and coordinate activities with people, products and equipment to maximize sales and profit

Responsibilities

Restaurant Operations

• Lead a team of service staff within assigned unit by allocating tasks and roles for individuals in the service team

• Check readiness of restaurant for service day and brief service crew on staffing roster for service day

• Manage customer flow and seating arrangement

• Oversee the service rendered by the team to ensure it meets the quality, service, cleanliness and values standards and to address lapses in service quality when necessary

• Manage cash floats, audit rolls, and provide technical troubleshoot for cash register errors when necessary

• Ensure documentation of all cash shortage and surplus in record book and to tally payment collection

Restaurant Management & Planning

• Act as point of escalation for service crew regarding service issues

• Resolve day-to-day operation issues as and when it occurs and to provide support as necessary to ensure service crew are able to carry out assigned task

• Lead investigation and resolution of all complex customer complaints and/or feedback in a timely and efficient manner

Quality Assurance & Control

• Enforce restaurant quality, service, cleanliness and value standards

• Monitor operations to ensure compliance with all safety procedures and guidelines in the restaurant

• Implement corrective actions to resolve unsafe and/or non-compliant conditions and behaviors regarding personal and food safety

People Management

• Conduct induction for new hires to provide them with the necessary skills and information to carry out roles and functions

• Provide training to encourage role rotation amongst service staff

• Train and monitor staff in the company SOPs (standard operating procedures)

Pre-requisites

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree, preferably in F & B, Hotel Management, Hospitality or equivalent.

· Possess 3 to 4 years’ of working experiences in a supervisory role for an F&B industry.

· Understand and have experience working on POS restaurant operation.

· Proficient in full spectrum of casual/fine-dining restaurant function.

· Meticulous, mathematically incline and possess good people skills.

· Good analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in site management, including site supervision, program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower allocation, and control usage and wastages
• Support the procurement process by obtaining quotes from suppliers, subcontractors and vendors, reviewing proposals, and making recommendations to the Project Manager
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, project updates, and progress reports
• Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to provide project updates and address any concerns
• Ensure timely completion, good quality of works and compliance with safety regulations
• Identify and resolve any project roadblocks or conflicts that may arise, escalating issues to the Project Manager when necessary
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices, recommending process improvements as needed

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years experience in building construction field, especially with a focus on highend residential projects
• Working Hours : 8am to 6pm / 5.5 days work
• Degree in Building/Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering or any other discipline related to Building Construction.
• Able to read and understand construction technical drawings
• Able to work independently, while managing several projects concurrently
• Strong sense of duty and responsibility
• Excellent supervision, organisational and interpersonal skills
• A meticulous self-starter with a keen eye for detail
• Able to execute orders and follow SOP dutifully and responsibly

• Research and kept abreast of Facility Management best practice process including but not limited to fault

reporting, contract management, asset management.

• Develop and re-engineer Facility Management business workflow for clients.

• Create and detail out business analysis, outlining problems, opportunity, and solution for business

• Find out potential areas to grow, develop and liaise with stakeholders to continuously create optimize and

efficient of people productivity

• Understand business process and work with technical teams whenever required.

• Understand organization’s current system workflow and processes.

• Conduct workshop with client to understand their current workflow process and propose new digitalization

Job Requirements
