• Project Leadership: Lead or participate in CIP and ad hoc projects focusing on safety improvements, automation, process optimization, quality enhancements, productivity gains, data analytics, data visualization, storage models, freight consolidation, cross-border trucking, and network planning.
• Project Planning: Oversee the planning and execution of projects with timelines ranging from 6 months to 10 years.

Requirement:

• Degree in related field

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Ensure accurate month-end closings and financial reporting to both local and headquarters offices.
• Review and improve financial procedures and policies, balancing process enhancements with governance and internal controls.
• Monitor cash flows and work closely with process owners on manufacturing costs.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and the company secretary on various matters.
• Manage fixed assets, including checks and maintenance.
• Develop HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall business goals.
• Handle recruitment, compensation, benefits administration, and implement effective HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Hold a degree in Accountancy and possess a CA qualification or an equivalent certification.

• Exhibit advanced Excel skills, particularly in creating financial models, and have experience with planning systems.
