• HR Operations: Manage payroll, benefits, and HR systems to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and proactively manage HR-related risks.

Requirements
• Bachelor in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• 7 - 10 years of human resource working experience in commodities industry
• Prior working experience in leading a team
