We are hiring for a highly driven and motivated Manager, Internal Communications (APAC) position based in Singapore. The successful candidate will work in the regional Internal Communications team reporting to the Chief of Human Resources, and support local in-market teams to deliver internal communications strategies. 

What will be your mission?

• Working with the regional internal communications team, develop innovative internal communications campaigns, clear narratives, and programmes to engage organisation’s employee base, with a focus on the foodpanda brand and APAC region
• Develop editorial content and work closely with regional and business teams to ensure appropriate messaging
• Build stakeholder relationships across departments and regions to establish relevant messaging and tactics for each campaign and provide internal communications counsel for internal stakeholders
• Lead and support with hybrid event set-up and execution (e.g. Town Halls) to make sure we reach out to all teams
• Support internal communication from the management team through various channels 
• Build a robust community of internal ambassadors to help build a strong engagement
• Measure results of internal communications efficacy and report in a timely fashion
• Manage and support issues management, when necessary
• Work closely with PA & PR teams to make sure there is cohesion between internal and external communication narratives
• Develop and maintain internal communications Standard Operating Procedures, such as internal comms calendars and distribution lists​​​​​

Duties and Responsibilities

· Handle all other HR functions, including, but not limited to, talent acquisition, onboarding, off-boarding, leave administration, compensation and benefits, training and development.

· Provide leadership on matters of employment legislation, HR policies and procedures, and best practices.

· Responsible for the day-to-day planning and execution of work of the department.

· Ensure that HR policies and procedures remain current and in compliance with legal and statutory requirements.

· Impart organisational policies and key information to employees.

· Lead the salary benchmarking process, including market research findings to ensure market competitiveness and employee value.

· Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and manage employee relations matters.

· Build a company culture that is in line with the management’s values and objectives.

· Oversee staff, provide guidance, allocate work and ensure their professional wellbeing and growth.

· Understand the job functions and roles of the different departments to devise a career development programmes aligned to the organisation’s business plans.

· Liaise and work with government bodies and other external service providers such as insurance insurers, training insituitations, MOM, MOH and Singapore Nursing Board.

· Manage employee progress, performance and development by implementing the annual performance management system and working with line management to support the appraisal process

· Fair Administration of employee benefits and welfare.

· Manage the regular view of processes and practices to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

· Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor/management.

Job Requirements

· Recognised Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· A minimum of 5 years of working experiences in HR field.

· Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.

· Sound knowledge of employment law and regulations.

· Experience with QuickHR system will be an added advantage.
