Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Singapore work passes application and administration based on Ministry of Manpower requirements, including verifying work pass quotas, processing applications, renewals, cancellations, and pass conversions.
• Responsible for updating Employee Handbook as required.
• Create, update and enhance HR Operations Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manage employment reference/verification checks received by HR.
• Create employee communication materials for HR updates and events.
• Execute assigned employee engagement activities.
• Perform any other assigned ad-hoc HR duties.

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Business or HR, or any other relevant field.
• Able to commit minimum internship period of 3 months

Compliance and Risk Management

• Stay updated on legislative changes and market trends affecting compensation and benefits.

• Identify and mitigate HR-related risks, including employee relations issues and legal challenges.

HR Analytics and Others

• Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and make data-driven decisions.

• Build strong rapport with business leaders to build trust and synergy.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

The Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in leadership roles,
• Experience with both start-ups and MNCs preferred.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations in the APAC region.

• Supporting the full spectrum of HR operations and onboarding administrative activities within Talent Acquisition (TA) Department.
• Working closely with the team to provide a range of HR administrative support including liaising with staffing agencies, coordinate interviews, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for interns, SWATS, and casual temporary staffs.
• Liaising with agency for casual temporary staff hiring and placement including the processing of invoices for payment
• Ensuring timely communication with candidates throughout the interview process
• Facilitating the onboarding, contract extension and offboarding process
• Supporting other HR administrative tasks such as preparing reports, checking invoices and submitting documentation for Finance processing
• Assisting with other HR projects and initiatives as required
