DEGREE holder with 2 years of relevant experience

Responsible for/authorised to:

a) Assist the HR & Admin Manager in managing the daily operations in personnel, administration & security matters.

b) Administer and handle staff and worker issues

pertaining to staff welfare, fringe benefits and other personnel problems.

c) Maintain and update personnel and training records.

d) Co-ordinate and liaise with external service providers for training courses.

e) Verify and consolidate the monthly staff expenses like medical, dental, meal and transport claims for reimbursement.

f) Check staff overtime hours.

g) Monitor leave balances of staff/worker

h) Oversees the dispatch and transport functions.

i) Record, control and replenishment of stationery, uniform & PPE items, raise RFQ

j) Any adhoc assignment given

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive and operate trucks.
• Follow instructions; locate and read location and road maps.
• Pre-inspect truck.
• Pick up goods and materials, verify loads for accuracy, and deliver them as instructed.
• Load and unload cargo.
• Responsible for basic vehicle maintenance; comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes at all times.
• Complete and verify paperwork for accuracy.
• Any assigned job by company.

Requirements:

• Min 3 years of experience as a truck driver.
• Valid class 4 or 5 driving license.
• Experience with electronic equipment and software such as GPS, Waze. etc.
• Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly.
• Good knowledge of truck driving rules and regulations.
• Clean driving record.

Roles & Responsibilities

As an HR Executive within the Compensation & Benefits team, you will play a pivotal role in provision of top-tier HR services to the organization. You will have opportunities to partner key stakeholders and work collaboratively with BUs to influence and enhance the overall employee experience through various touchpoints in the employee lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with BUs and vendors as the key liaison personnel to lead payroll process (monthly, annual and off-cycle) and other payment-related matters in order to achieve optimal HR service delivery
• Custodian of employee data to ensure data hygiene for HR analytics; of which you would work alongside Senior HR to provide insights and make recommendations to align HR programmes with business needs and analysis
• To-go personnel for all HRIS, audit and compliance related matters
• Facilitate and support the implementation of HR initiatives and engagement activities whenever necessary
• Provide assistance to Senior HR in any ad-hoc HR projects and admin duties to ensure timely delivery of HR services

Job Requirements:

• Min. 2 – 3 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year of payroll experience preferred
• Digitally-savvy with a strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint as part of effective system management
• Meticulous, detail-oriented and skilled in analytics and report collation
• Well-versed in the Employment Act and related local labour/employment-related legislations
• Open to experience and possess a keen interest in HR and passion for building a career in the field
• Confident with strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management and ability to present in front of an audience

Responsibilities:

Full spectrum of HR functions.

Prepare all HR-related documents including employment contracts, HR letters and correspondences

Provide input and develop in the implementation of HR strategy and execution of any supporting programs.

Update and maintain accurate employee data in HR system

Manage leave administration

Manage employee’s all Medical /WICA insurance claims & Factory Insurance

Full knowledge in handling MOM work passes (Application, renewal, cancellation etc)

Submission of IR21, IR8A, Yearly Income Tax Assessment

HR knowledge specific to construction industry

Process Government-paid leave application/claims, NS Claim, Levy Claim, etc.

Submission of all government grants

Recruitment and selection as well as internship programs to meet the organization’s manpower needs

Planning and coordination of company events (Annual Dinner, teambuilding, overseas trip)

Manage employee welfare and arrange wellness programme (Health programme, sports activity)

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Any other ad-hoc admin/HR duties assigned.

Requirements:

Min Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM) or equivalent

At least 3 years of working experience in Construction.

Knowledgeable about the Employment Act and other employment related legislation and regulations

Good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels
