Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering or similar

• Minimum 8 years of IT support experience with at least 2 years experience in tier-3 browser support.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM), Intune policy and GPO configuration for browser related configuration including CSP integration with third party browsers.

• Good understanding of web browser technologies (MS Edge, Chrome, Safari, etc) on Windows, MacOS and Linux operating systems.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft registry, Microsoft Entra and Azure Active Directory fundamentals.

• Intermediate scripting skills in Microsoft Powershell.

• Skilled in researching for solutions, understanding and implementing steps documented in Microsoft or third party browser publishers’ KB articles and guides.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and maintaining the HR information systems (HRIS) and ensuring that they are efficiently and effectively supporting the HR department and the organization's HR processes.

• Work closely with HR stakeholders, IT team, and vendors to implement, maintain, and enhance HRIS modules, data integrity, and reporting functionalities.

• Manage and maintain HRIS modules, HRIS system configurations, data integrations, data updates, system upgrades, and security settings.

• Using the Talend ETL toolset, to create new and maintain existing ETL jobs.

• Design and implement ETL for extracting and transforming data from diverse sources, such as: Cloudera, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server databases.

• Provide administrative support to the Sales teams with reports and spreadsheets; filing and general administrations

• Keep track, monitor and ensure customers’ contracts are renewed on time
