Contract Period: From 1 January 2025 – 31 December 2025

Option to Extend: From 1 January 2026 – 30 November 2026

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 2.00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

The service required are set out as follows :

Provide administrative support to the teachers/school, assist teachers in projects and liaising with pupils/parents/guardians. Administrative duties will generally include:-

1. To assist the teachers in preparation of teaching and learning resources and maintenance of equipment to support students’ learning, on a daily basis work (e.g.prepare/ verify/ manage information/ documents, scan/ fax/ photocopy/ laminate documents).
2. To record the usage of science labs, resources and activities to be completed;
3. To assist teachers in maintaining and conducting inventory check on equipment and organize their store termly (e.g. in Science and PAM departments);
4. To report faulty equipment and depleting materials and resources for timely replacement to the relevant departments; and
5. To assist in ensuring safety checks and procedures e.g. for all lab users

The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

1. GCE “O” level certification;
2. Must be proficient in spoken English;
3. Proficient in word-processing and spreadsheet software, eg Microsoft Word and Excel;
4. A team-player who is organized, meticulous and with the ability to multi-task;

We prefer personnel who has the following experience (but not necessary):

1. At least one (1) year experience working in a school environment.

1) Drives truck equipped with auxiliary concrete mixer to deliver concrete mix to job sites.(Mixer Truck)

2)Drives truck under loading hopper to receive sand, gravel, cement, and water and starts mixer.

3) Drives truck to location for unloading. •

4) Moves levers on truck to release concrete down truck chute into wheelbarrow or other conveying container or directly into area to be poured with concrete.

5) Cleans truck after delivery to prevent concrete from hardening in mixer and on truck, using water hose and hoe.

6) May spray surfaces of truck with protective compound to prevent adhering of concrete.

7) May assemble cement chute

8) To transport materials using company vehicle and other duties that may be assigned to you. (Tipper Truck)

9) To carry out routine maintenance of company vehicle ensuring that it is always in good working condition.

10) Under the Workplace Safety & Health Act, employees have a duty to keep their workplace and colleagues safe by following safety and health procedures; reporting unsafe acts and incidents; and not tampering with safety devices or performing wilful/reckless acts

11) Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures.

12) Manoeuvre trucks into loading or unloading positions. (sand, cement, dust, soil)

13) Able to work at staggered hours at times.

14) Location of work in concrete batching plant to produce cubes everyday for quality control purposes

15) Testing of concrete cubes housekeeping/ cleaning lab

16) Provide feedback on issues related to quality

17) To perform slump test at site

18) To cast cube at construction site and open cube moulds at sites.

Job Requirements:

a. At least 10 years of experience in construction related field.

b. Possess Singapore driving license.

c. Familiar with Singapore roads.

d. Must have a clean record in driving.

e. Must have construction supervisor safety course cert

f. Must be physcially fit to carry physical loads between 15kg-22kg at a time
