Your Role

We are looking for an Operations Engineer to optimize operational processes and ensure the efficient functioning of equipment and systems, maintain a safe and productive working environment.

What Will You Do

• To monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
• To troubleshoot equipment and system issues to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.
• To develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maintain equipment reliability and performance.
• To conduct root cause analysis for operational failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• To collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and operational enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• To develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies.
• To train operations staff on proper procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
• To monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• To prepare regular reports and presentations on operational performance for management review.
• To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

What Do We Want

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Operations Engineering or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Familiar with the Singapore business landscape and regulatory environment.
• Possess a Class 3 driving license will be preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Senior Human Resource Executive

This position is responsible for providing strong and reliable support to the Human Resource Department that comprises of payroll management, administration of employee benefits and compensation, maintenance of employee personal data management and other ad-hoc projects.

Responsibilities

· Supporting in the full spectrum of HR functions that aligns to the organisational goals

· Maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of information in the Info-Tech system and the P-File of individual employee

· Coordinating and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for all available positions (which include job posting, liaising with external job agencies/unions, shortlisting of candidates, scheduling & conducting of interviews and onboarding/offboarding functions)

· Administering the onboarding of new hires including generation of employment-related document, conduct induction program, liaising with internal stakeholders on staff account creation and IT equipment, and any other administration that successfully on-board the new staff

· Responsible for work passes applications, renewal and cancellation and monitoring of employment quota

· Administering employees' insurance policies, medical expenses and employees' training registrations

· Responsible for payroll generation, statutory payments of CPF, foreign worker levy, IR8A & IR21

· Responsible for the submissions of government claims such as paid childcare leave, maternity leave and levy waiver etc.

· Responsible for training registration, training grants applications and ensuring accurate training records for each department

· Handling employees' enquiries relating to staff handbook, corporate staff benefits and all matters relating to labor laws and regulations

· Assisting with statutory reporting and surveys (e.g., LMS, MOM Surveys, etc.)

· Administering the annual appraisal cycle

· Performing any other ad-hoc duties and/or projects assigned by Head, Human Resource

Requirements

· Familiar with government regulations and handle foreign employee issue resolution

· Highly self-motivated

· Proven experience as HR officer, administrator, or other HR position

· Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)

· Proficient in MS Office

· Able to attend and participate in regular devotions in church

patterns are even and precise

Cut, install, polish and surface granite and marble and ensure accuracy during the installation process for lasting results

Prepare various surfaces for tiling with waterproofing material or lath and by cleaning the surfaces properly

Create decorative wall and floor designs by laying and setting mosaic tiles in kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms

Tap tiles into place carefully using tools to properly adhere tiles to the base, making sure not to break or damage tiles

Follow blueprints precisely and mark and measure surfaces that need to be tiled to determine how to go about jobs

Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.

Monitoring renovation processes, and providing materials and team building sessions are required.

Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.

Cut tiles and shape them properly to ensure they fit around obstacles and in tight corners and odd spaces using power and hand tools

Form tile beds using concrete, plaster, mastic, cement, glue or mortar utilizing tools such as screeds, brushes and trowels

Loading & Unloading of material/products

Prepare Delivery of goods to customers

Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Prepare Delivery of goods to construction sites.

Must be physically fit to carry heavy tiles and materials.

Must possess Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course.
