• Be the first point of contact for our clients.
• To work closely with a team of videographers, director and video editors.
• To pitch, secure, manage and executive media projects from start to finish.
• To prepare pre-production and storyboarding for commercial productions.
• To plan and manage production schedule and budget.
• To perform digital file management and other admin tasks.

• At least 2 years of experience in Mass Communication, Film and Media or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for in-store merchandising and window display for boutiques in Singapore in accordance with corporate directives and standards
• Coordinate with other departments and contractors on the arrangement and shipment of in-store props & fixtures
• Work closely with PR department on press events and in-store event set up

Requirements

• Diploma in Visual Merchandising with at least 2 years’ relevant experiences is a MUST
• Able to commence work within short notice is preferred
• Creative, meticulous and resourceful in executing visual merchandising setup
• Proactive, offering creative ideas

Trainer/Head Sommelier

Job Scope

• Support the Operations Team to provide in-house coaching, training and advises to both customers & employees.
• Create, develop and implement training guidelines for employees.
• Coordinating and conducting tasting days or “wine / spirits of the month” events
• Analyse service quality and customer satisfaction for improvements
• Track and research beverage trends in the industry and develop strategies utilizing market and consumer trend information
• Ensure compliance with customs, food and beverage hygiene policies, procedures, health and safety regulations when delivering in-house trainings or tasting workshop.

Requirements

• Related Certification as a sommelier or a degree in relevant discipline is required.
• ACTA & ACLP Certified Trainers or similar certification will be advantage
• Good knowledge of new and old-world wine producing countries including but not limited to different varieties and selections of wines, spirits etc.
• Ability to coach front-liners to advise customers on wines based on their personal tastes’ preferences
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Availability to work during stores operating hours
