Based in Singapore and having presence in several countries in the region, our client develops battery charging and swapping infrastructure for EVs as well as work with electric two-wheeler firms, connecting them to its network of battery charging and swapping stations.
To support the company’s continuous expansion, our client is now seeking a dedicated individual to manage the human resource and administration functions.
Collaborating with various business units, the HR & Admin Manager will assist the management team on HR-related matters across the region. More specifically, he/she will:
§ Conduct staff recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
§ Develop, align and implement HR policies across the Group
§ Establish organizational structure and partner business units, in taking an active role in managing employee relations
§ Lead and manage all performance management initiatives including but not limited to the development of performance evaluation framework, propose salary increment and compensation packages
§ Liaise with outsourced payroll service provider on monthly payroll and tax submission
§ Assist with the implementation and monitoring of the Employee Share Option Plan Programme
§ Support audit and due diligence processes
§ Coordinate all office administrative matters
§ Undertake ad hoc matters
We believe this role is best fill by someone with the following:
§ Degree in HR or related field
§ 6 or more years of work experience relevant to this position
§ Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations and practices
§ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
§ Motivated self-starter who is highly responsible and able to work independently
Experience in work relating to Employee Share Option Plan and knowledge on global mobility issues are advantages.
