• Plan and manage all procurement activities conducted by the Users' Divisions to ensure timeliness of procurement and contract implementation.
• Provide professional advice to Divisions on best practices in sourcing, contract management and supplier management practices and manage inquiries from users.
• Develop and maintain the company's procurement governance framework, striking an optimal balance between governance and operations efficiency.
• Lead and mentor the procurement team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Lead the new procurement system implementation
• Manage the entire procurement process
• Review internal Corporate Services SOPs, templates to support digitalisation and streamline processes
• Establish and maintain a process and system of archival, organization, retrieval and disposal of records to support needs of HSG and compliance with internal policies
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

Job requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Accountancy or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement administration
• A good understanding of Government Procurement Policies will be advantageous.
• Familiar with Tenderboard system or Oracle.
• Committed with good working attitude and resilience to produce the desired results.
• Effective stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has a growth mindset in seeking continual improvements and keeping up with digital transformation that leads to significantly better and cost-effective outcomes.
• Good team player and meticulous with numbers.

As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of HR operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, recruiting and onboarding top talent, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and objectives.
2. Oversee all aspects of the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and new hire orientation.
3. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
4. Manage employee relations issues and grievances, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
5. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
6. Conduct regular audits of HR processes and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and data.
8. Lead and participate in HR initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
9. Collaborate with management to develop and implement workforce planning strategies to support organizational growth and success.

Qualifications / Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum 5 year of experience in HR role.

· Understanding of HR practices and employment laws.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Responsible for purchasing and / or installation of motor vehicle parts etc.

• Assist to handle and load / unload motor vehicle parts (up to 70kg each), where required to manage inventory.

• With relevant experience in motor vehicle industry.

• Physically capable of performing the above duties.

• Possess good motor vehicle technical knowledge.
