JOB DESCRIPTION

· Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

· Facilitate new hire onboarding processes, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions

· Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR policies and procedures

· Assist in resolving employee relations issues and concerns, escalating complex matters to HR management as needed

· Plan and organize job fairs to help boost company brand among candidates

· Support employee engagement initiatives and activities to promote a positive work culture

· Prepare HR reports and metrics, such as headcount, turnover, and recruitment statistics

· Coordinate training programs and workshops, including scheduling sessions and managing logistics

· Assist in administering employee training and development programs to support career growth

Job Summary:

The Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. The CHRO provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders, and the board of directors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or other relevant HR certification preferred.
