Company Overview:

Join a reputable Japanese retail company with a dedicated team of 40 local and 4 Japanese staff.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Provide recruitment support and admin assistance, assist with employee relations
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support basic payroll tasks (data entry)
  • Maintain confidentiality of HR information and records


Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years of HR/Admin experience
  • Familiarity with Infotech HR systems is a plus
  • Strong communication skills to effectively bridge staff interactions
  • Detail-oriented with respect for privacy
  • Immediate and Full Time position
