Requirements:

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field. A professional qualification in corporate governance (e.g., ICSA, IACG) or legal background is preferred.
• Professional certifications in data protection or privacy (e.g., CIPP/E, CISM, CISA) are preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in a corporate secretarial or governance role, ideally within a publicly listed company or large organization.
