Responsibilities
Regularly review safety documents, as per requirement
Plan the preparation works in the workshop, assign the adequate teams and equipment to the worksites to
complete works as scheduled and to avoid delays.
Oversee the day-to-day progress of on-going projects.
Identify any risk or problem and promptly respond by proposing and implementing corrective measures.
Ensure all works are performed in accordance with the prevailing safety and quality standards.
When necessary to attend meetings with clients, architects, engineers, site supervisors and suppliers.
Monitor all changes to specifications and work scope
Manage all document filing and record keeping and issue an end of project report
Conduct site inspection, attend safety issues
Liaise with the relevant authorities on all WSH issues
Implement HSE and security plans
maintain all tools and equipment, arrange for maintenance, replacement, calibration when due
Prepare all project safety documents required at the worksite MS, RA, FPP, SWP, Team certs
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel, suite.
Preferably a degree and at least a Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health, or other relevant discipline
fluent English / computer literate
Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant industry.
Well organised and capable of efficient planification.
