Qualifications / Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum 5 year of experience in HR role.

· Understanding of HR practices and employment laws.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
• Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
• Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
• Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
• Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
• Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations
• Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team

Job Description

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment databases.
• Handle HR documentation such as employment contracts, job descriptions, and personnel records.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR processes.
• Plan and execute initiatives to enhance employee welfare, including health and wellness programs, recognition schemes, and workplace improvements.
• Organize employee events, such as annual dinners, team-building activities, and festive celebrations.

Requirements
