Requirements:

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Organizing sales meetings with potential clients
• Keeping our current clients informed about company developments

It's essential to note that this position is fully remote, necessitating self-reliance and discipline. The salary range is $3,000 - $6,000 per month, and candidates are required to have at least "A" Level, diploma, or degree qualifications.

This is a full-time on-site role Account located in Singapore.

Your responsibility will be:

- To close full set of books, preparation of annual financial statements,

- Preparation of GST returns, preparation of tax returns with tax computations, accounts -payable payment support service, any other tailor made management reports.

- Assist clients with accounting, payroll, GST and Corporate Tax related issues

- Adding some admin tasks.

Overall control of the human resource & administrative functions of the group of companies

• Formulate & develop human resource policies and practices within the group of companies

• Review the salary structure and overtime system of the employees

• Develop career path and set the salary range for each position

• Analyses the wage costs of the group of companies

• Approval of payroll payments

• Research and development of market trend of human resource practices

• Develop plans to motivate and retain staff and look into staff welfare

• Ad-hoc projects to meet business objectives of the organization

With a focus on structured analysis and visualization of an enterprise’s current and future state, you will ensure the delivery of quality, accurate, and valuable solutions to clients.

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Experience in enterprise data management systems configuration, strong financial products knowledge especially on equities, fixed income and OTCs.
• Relevant experience in the data management space with EDM or MDM type of tools.
