Responsibilities:

• Provide admin support to the team to ensure smooth process of lease documentation.
• Ensure proper filing, liaise with lawyers to send and track the execution of lease documents by tenants and the required internal resolutions.
• Handle full execution of documents after tenant’s acceptance of Letter of Offer and preparation of DR/DP.
• Attend to phone enquiries and making viewing arrangements.
• Follow up with tenants on arrears for rent and ad hoc charges in accordance with SOP.
• To review and manage property tax matters for respective properties.
• Ensure timely update of the contact database for tenants and business associates.
• Perform other administrative support i.e. arrange courier services, flower orders, sponsorship of gift.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant administration/operations experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications especially with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Details-oriented and quality conscious.
• Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.

Working Location: Raffles Place

Working Hours: Mon- Fri 8.30am - 6.00pm

Salary: Up to $4,000

Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day incoming and outgoing calls and maintaining of Company's telephone directory.
• Managing incoming and outgoing mails and parcels.
• Responsible for maintaining all internal meeting rooms to ensure rooms are clean & presentable.
• Receiving, informing and guiding visitors including coordination with employees and serving drinks in a professional and warm manner.
• Monitor and maintain an adequate inventory of office and pantry supplies.
• Placing orders and issuing of all admin-related Purchase Orders (POs).
• Assist with company-wide events management such as department birthdays celebration and quarterly interaction.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant front desk/office admin experience.
• Able to work independently, team player, reliable, flexible and proactive
• Pleasant, professional personal presentation and customer oriented
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office application
