Employee on boarding and off boarding

- Maintain and update employee data

- Process tax clearance IR8A, IR21

- Process government claims includes NS claims, childcare, maternity, paternity

- Oversee work pass application, renewal and cancellation includes work permit, S.pass, E pass, Dependent pass

- Training and development

- Process daily worker payroll

- Employee Insurance

- Recruitment filtering process and advertisement

- MYE application

- Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in Human Resource Management with minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Knowledge of QuickHR payroll software will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and good organisation skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
