Department

- Technology & operations department of a local bank which provides software/system development, information technology support services & banking operations.

Responsibilities:

· Create PR/GR/Extract reports using SAP system.

· Process invoice payments.

· Financial Data Management - Ensuring accurate/up-to-date data entries.

· Work with various senior managers to monitor utilization of budget.

· Aids in software, hardware contracts renewal and budget oversight.

· Aids in project budget oversight.

· Prepare monthly financial dashboard reports.

· Asset Management – Manage laptops inventory, issuance, write-off of assets, etc.

· Other Finance/Asset Management related ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Finance Lead

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance/ Business Management or related field.

• Preferably 1-2 years’ relevant experience in a Finance Institution, Audit or Consultancy firm.

• Fresh grads with relevant internship experience in Finance, Audit or Consultancy may apply.

Essential:

· Above average Excel skills (Advance formulas, pivot tables, power query, building of reporting dashboard). Strong in data analysis using excel.

· Excellent internal communications, written and verbal communication skills.

· Possesses strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

· Strong Attention to details. Understand the importance of data discipline.

· Willing to learn attitude.

· Able to handle confidential data in a professional manner.

· Good experience in managing/responsible/implementing business process improvement

· Experienced as a PMO support in Bank Projects will be a plus.

Key Domain/ Technical Skills:

· Have good knowledge in using M365, a good grasp of Outlook, Excel, SharePoint.

· Advance knowledge/skills of Excel formulas and functions is a must.

· Have working experience and advance understanding of SAP system (PEMS) would be a plus.

• Contribute to development of strategies and workplans with team to enhance workplace health, staff well-being and engagement aligned to Company's vision, mission, values, and directions
• Contribute in the conceptualisation, design, implementation, evaluation review, and continuous enhancement of staff engagement and well-being initiatives.
• Consult and co-lead with institution leads (where appropriate) as part of communities of practice to enhance staff wellbeing, especially for staff protection measures against abuse and harassment by external and internal perpetrators, mental wellbeing, resiliency, peer support programs etc
• Track established indicators as appropriate (e.g. pulse surveys), and collaborate with institutions’ leads to analyze and improve wellbeing where necessary.
• Support the planning and curation of talks and communication materials to raise literacy and awareness on wellbeing and resiliency, including annual staff wellbeing campaign. Oversee and plan digitalization efforts to improve connectivity and staff’s accessibility to wellbeing resources and programs

Serve on the secretariat team to provide:

• research and coordination support to achieve the objectives and related terms of reference of the company; and
• secretariat support in terms of meeting schedules, minutes writing and any other required meeting logistics.
