Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end process of employee onboarding, including induction, training schedules, and orientation
• Handle offboarding processes, including exit interviews, clearance procedures, and feedback collection
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Maintain employee records and documentation accurately
• Foster a positive work environment, Implement and support employee engagement initiatives and activities
• Assist in disciplinary actions and investigations
• Development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Communicate policies to employees and ensure adherence
• Support & track performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions
• Identify process gaps and drive improvement for the department
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve project goals
• Manage job postings and advertisements on various platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Assist in the interview process and follow up with candidates
• Organize and coordinate training sessions for employees
• Track training attendance and feedback
• Collect and analyze HR data to support decision-making
• Generate and analyze HR reports for management
• Coordinate payroll processes and resolve payroll issues
• Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective HR operations
• Any other administrative duties assigned by the company

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or related field
• People oriented, career & results driven
• Preferbly a demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Possess active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships of the company
• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

Job description:

• Supporting the recruitment administrative duties such as creating and updating job postings on job boards, career page and other media, screening candidates and interview coordination.
• Provide administrative support such as data-entry, documentation, printing and filing

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage the recruitment process, from posting job openings to interviewing candidates, and coordinate the onboarding of new employees
• Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns and helping to resolve workplace issues in a fair and effective manner
• Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems, ensuring regular feedback and evaluations are conducted
• Identify training needs and organize professional development programs to enhance employee skills and growth within the organization
• Ensure the organization complies with labor laws and regulations, and update internal policies as needed to remain compliant
• Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, morale, and workplace culture, such as organizing team-building activities or recognition programs
• Maintain accurate HR records, generate reports on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism), and provide insights to management
• Monitor workplace health and safety standards, ensuring employees are aware of safety protocols and regulations
• Address and mediate conflicts between employees or between employees and management to ensure a harmonious working environment
