• Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Marketing, you will oversee the Offline Marketing team and be responsible for driving offline marketing activities, managing marketing enquiries, collating of department reports, and oversee the department’s systems, processes and administrative functions

Marketing and Promotions

• Develop and execute offline marketing strategies and leasing promotions to generate awareness and increase conversions among potential decision-makers
• Manage property listings and ads on property portals
• Identify and implement marketing opportunities such as trade exhibitions, seminars, events and industry association channels
• Produce BAU marketing collaterals and digital assets, including property videos and 360 virtual tours for the property portfolio
• Ensure property information in marketing collaterals and website are regularly updated
• Produce and manage marketing hoardings and leasing banners on buildings, including BCA applications and renewals

Agent Outreach

• Create and implement targeted marketing plans to expand our network of agent partners
• Plan and organize agent site tours, networking/appreciation events, incentive programs, and eDMs to actively promote the properties and engage agents
• Drive and manage the Workspace Partner Rewards program, including publicity, tracking of agent payouts, program enhancements and maintenance of the agent portal
• Supervise the team responsible for handling daily inquiries from various digital platforms such as email, WhatsApp and Telegram
• Track, analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, conducting lead analysis on a monthly basis
• Establish processes for lead qualification and ensure timely follow up of leads by the team

Systems, Processes and Administrative Functions

• Compile monthly reports
• Plan and administer the marketing budget, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders and obtaining necessary approvals
• Oversee department processes, streamlining and digitalizing marketing/reporting processes to enhance efficiency
• Manage the CRM system to support Marketing’s reporting needs
• Coordinate annual audits with internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee department administrative and compliance functions
• Represent the Marketing department in a cross-functional team to drive enterprise system integrations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• At least 5 to 8 years’ relevant experience with strong marketing background. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Good knowledge of CRM system and analytics tools. Candidates with experience in Martech will have added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Team player with good interpersonal, communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Self-starter, resourceful, proactive and meticulous

Insider Threat Analyst is an operational role within UOB’s Group Security Operations Center. The incumbent will be responsible for the continuous monitoring, analyzing, and investigating of insider threats and data leakage incidents. He/She must have good analytical and investigative skills to recognize and detect anomalous behavior.

Key Responsibilities

§ To participate in the day-to-day monitoring, triaging, and investigating of potential suspected anomalous usage behavior alerts

§ To work with internal teams to validate alerts within stipulated SLA

§ To perform analysis on usage behavior trends to discover potentially fraudulent activities

§ To perform continuous review and improvement on current monitoring operations to enhance effectiveness of monitoring

§ Work with external partners to resolve issues or implement improvement to monitoring

§ To gain good understanding of internal business applications to be able to analyze, recognize and identify potentially anomalous activities

§ Investigate Data Loss Prevention (DLP) alerts and escalate DLP incidents in accordance to the DLP incident response and handling procedures

§ Carry out DLP System Ruleset change requests in accordance to change management procedures

§ Support management reporting of DLP incidents and statistics for ad-hoc and monthly reporting

§ Coordinate DLP audit requests; respond to questions or reporting requirements from local authorities as required

Education

Technical Skills and Experience
