Job Scope:

• Help prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and communications and training materials.
• Support the design and facilitation of trainings, townhalls, workshops for various groups and levels of employees.
• Support the planning and execution of change management effort for the HR transformation including planning of logistics, scheduling, and organisation of events and activities.
• Perform research on best practices and help with data collection and analysis of data from organizational assessments, surveys, and feedback tools.
• Contribute to knowledge management by creating templates, reusable materials and documenting resources and learning along the transformation journey.
• Support other administrative and logistical tasks as needed by the project team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest and passion for HR, organization development and transformation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with design and design tools (e.g., Canva) a plus.
• Experience with HR transformation in other organisations a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow.

Skills & experience needed:

• Singapore Citizen/Permanent Resident
• Diploma in Human Resource or relevant discipline or A-level with minimally one year of relevant experience

• Location: Bukit Gombak, Hillview & Depot Road (Deployed to 1 location)
• Salary: $2,200 - $2,800
