REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 15 years of human resources generalist experience in a sizeable and matrix organization from retail/luxury retail background
• Ideally from within the retail/luxury retail with a regional exposure
• Forward thinking and agile
• Sound ability organization development and change management
• Strong stakeholder engagement with ability to work in a matrix and diverse environment
• Good analytical and numeric skills
• Resilient and a true team player; Strong business acumen and analytical skills, people management, good communications, organized and a self-starter, good with numbers
