Job Functions:

• Handle tender administration
• Source and prepare all information and documentation related to tender submissions, for participation in tender exercise
• Prepare bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, materials sourcing, and measuring
• Obtains, compiles, and evaluates quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers according to tender requirements, and follows up on timely submission of quotations
• Handle contract administration
• Source and negotiate for sub-contractors and supplier terms and fees in compliance with requirements and time schedule
• Carry out procurement functions in an ethical manner
• Assist in administration of Extension of Time claim
• Prepare Letter of Award and work orders
• Prepare interim progress claims, Variation Orders, and final account with clients
• Certify interim progress claims and final accounts for payment to sub-contractors

Job Specifications:

• Min qualification: Diploma in Quantity Surveying or construction-related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
• Good contractual knowledge and administration
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Good organisation skills, and able to multi-task
• Good written communication skills in English

• Ability to work independently, and under pressure, to meet deadlines
